Mental Health Therapy for When Your World Has Changed

A safe space to rest, breathe, heal, and find your way forward.

How I Can Support You

Life can pull us off center. If you’re moving through a season that feels heavy or unfamiliar, I’m glad you’re here.

I support people navigating cancer, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, profound grief and loss (including pet grief), and the life transitions that can reshape who we are.

My work is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and genuine connection, never one-size-fits-all.

Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating a space where you feel recognized, safe, and free from judgment. From there, we can explore what hurts, what’s resilient, and what’s possible.

“When we are listened to, it creates us, makes us unfold and expand.”

- Karl A. Menniger

What to Expect in Our First Session

Our first session is a gentle starting point and a space for you to share your story and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. It will also serve as a chance for us to get to know one another. There’s no expectation to share everything at once, this is simply a starting point!

Beginning therapy is a brave step. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and at ease from the very beginning. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your comfort and readiness every step of the way.
